JOB DESCRIPTION   

• Contact and follow up with leads from our platform (calls, WhatsApp, in-person)
• Assist customers with listing their properties and finding suitable homes
• Schedule and coordinate property visits and meetings
• Develop relationships with brokers, builders, and landlords
• Achieve monthly sales and engagement targets
• Maintain CRM entries and activity records accurately 

• Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends    
   

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS   

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of property buying/selling processes
• Confident with field visits and client meetings
• Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile apps
• Fluent in English and local language  

• Own vehicle preferred (for field roles)
