Documents to be submitted with application

• Identity proof-Copy of Passport/voters card/Driving License and Photograph
• Income proof – Salaried:Latest 3 months salary slip and latest Form 16
• Income proof – Self-Employed:Last 2 years ITR with computation certified by CA
• Residence Proof – Ration Card/Elelctricity Bill/Tel bill
• Bank Statement – Salaried:Last 6 months
• Property Documents – Original documents with chain title
• NOC for Mortagae of Flat from builder/society
• Blueprint of plot/land/house approved by competent authority
• Agreement with builder/seller,duly registered
• Track record of payment of any type of loan(if any)
• Processing Fee – 1%of loan amount+GST @18%
