Documents to be submitted with application

• Identity proof – Copy of Passport/Visa and Photograph
• Income proof – Salaried:Latest 3 months’ salary slip/salary certificate with all details
• Income proof – Self-Employed:Last 2 years ITR with computation certified by CA
• Residence Proof – Bank statement/Electricity Bill/Telephone bill
• Bank Statement – Salaried:Last 6 months
• Bank Statement – Self-Employed:Last 12 months(Domestic/NRE/NRO/FCNR)
• Copy of Professional Degree
• Property Documents – Original documents with chain title
• NOC for mortgage from builder/society
• Blueprint of plot/land/house approved by authority
• Agreement with builder/seller,duly registered
• Track record of payment of any type of loan(if any)
• Processing Fee – 1%of loan amount+GST @18%
